Obituary of Patrick Anthony Buchanan

Patrick Anthony Buchanan, 48, born June 11, 1969 in Waynesville, NC. He resided in Johnston, SC since 1996. He went to his heavenly home on May 4, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by Robert and Georgia Buchanan, Everett and Leona Evans. He is survived by his father Phil “Brillo” Buchanan and Debbie Smrz; his mother, Ruth Ann Evans Smith and Jimmy Smith; his brother, Darin Buchanan and Marty; his sister, Misty Buchanan; his ex-wife, Heather Buchanan; his nieces, Ashley Buchanan and Heather Wilson Murrell; his nephew, Dylan Buchanan; his great-nephews, Aden Morales and Lyon Murrell; and several aunts and uncles. A Celebration of life will be held at his home, 860 Airport Rd, Johnston, SC 29832 on Saturday, May 12 at 6PM in the afternoon. Bring covered dish and a chair.
