Obituary of Glenn Dudley Weeks

Glenn Dudley "Glennie" Weeks, 62, died peacefully at home after an extended battle with cancer. He was the son of Thomas James Weeks and Inez Dudley Weeks, who predeceased him. Glenn was a graduate of Ware Shoals High School (SC) and the Nashville (TN) Auto/Diesel College. After years of working on trucks, Glennie realized his dream of seeing America as a long haul truck driver. He lived life on his own terms, was kind and generous to a fault, and will be missed by all who knew him. Glenn is survived by sisters Deborah Weeks Styles (Jerry,) Sheryl Weeks Markners (Edward,) and brothers Thomas James Weeks, Jr (Kathy,) Timothy Neal Weeks (Anne) and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Cindy Kirby (Glennie's angel) for her care these past few months. A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
