Obituary of Donald Allen Lambert

In loving memory of Technical Sergeant Donald Allen Lambert, United States Air Force, Retired. 

Donald Allen Lambert, 74, of Saluda South Carolina, passed away on June 22, 2020.

Don was born in 1946 in Huntington, West Virginia.  He graduated from Huntington East High School in 1964. He served his country in Vietnam, completing a 24 year career with the United States Air Force. He was stationed in Vietnam, Florida, Japan, Arizona, Turkey, and South Carolina. 

Don loved cars and was a member of several car clubs.  He had a wonderful sense of humour and loved to joke with everyone.   He accepted Jesus as his savior through the loving support and guidance of Reverend Randy Greene. 

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Ardeena Virgina Lambert, his two Daughters Marceline Phillips (Michael) and Kimberly Rapp (Patrick) and three grandchildren Stevie Phillips, Lauren Rapp and Coty Rapp. He was preceded in death by his parents Frederick Jr and Marceline Lambert, his brothers Frederick Lambert III and Charlie Lambert, and his sister Judith Winters. 

A memorial Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when his family can travel and be together. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends do a kindness for another, as Don would often do.
