Obituary of Georgia Ellen Brooks

Georgia Ellen Brooks, 81, passed away on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020.

Born in Lamar, SC, she was the daughter of the late George S. Howell and the late Sarah C. Henderson. 

Georgia retired from the VC Summer Nuclear Plant and from the SC Criminal Justice Academy. 

She loved helping others, and will always be remembered for her bright spirit and generous, most loving heart.

She is survived by her sister, Sue Horton, daughter-in-law, Mel Brooks, grandchildren, Ryan (Lauren) Brooks, Will Brooks, and Kyle Furr, and great-grandchildren, Ruth and Brandt Brooks; niece, Tami (David) Kyre and nephews, Julian Whitlock, and Michael (Kelly) Whitlock. 

She was predeceased by sons, David and Joey Brooks, and daughter, Debbie Brooks.
