Obituary of Leila Coleman Campbell

Leila Coleman Campbell, 76 of Sumter passed away peacefully Monday, June 15, 2020 at the home of her daughter. 

Born in Sumter, SC she was the daughter of the late Byrd T. and Lullie Jayroe Coleman.  She was preceded in death by her husband LJ "Sonny" Campbell.

Survivors include her two daughters Meloni Campbell Daly and Sherry Campbell Posey, her beloved grandson Steven A Posey, three sisters Ruthann Hudson, Norma Lindsay, and Kenny Olsen, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Leila was a lifelong Christian and loved the Lord.  She enjoyed crossword puzzles, growing beautiful roses, sewing, listening to Elvis Presley, and shopping with her two girls.

A celebration of Leila's life will be held at a later date due to Covid 19.
