Obituary of Deborah Walters Mapstone

Deborah Walters Mapstone came into this world on March 8, 1949 in Hempstead, NY as a beautiful blue-eyed blonde baby girl and left as a beloved grandmother of 71 years on April 11, 2020 in Columbia, SC joining her parents and husband David.  She is survived by her children David, Tracey, Michael and grandchildren Josh, Ethan, Jess and Brittany.

Debby was a one of a kind spirit.  She was a survivor, warm hearted and loving.  She enjoyed a good book, a challenging puzzle, bowling and a game of bingo with her friends at the Seven Oaks Senior Center.  Her life revolved around her kids and grandkids.  She was fiercely proud of all of them.  Debby was much loved by many and will be dearly missed.  She left us peacefully.
