Obituary of Kenneth Scott Black

Kenneth Scott Black, 42, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Lexington Medical Center.

Scott graduated from Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School and Johnson and Wales University with an Associate Degree.

Scott was predeceased by his grandparents, Raymond Ulmer Jr. and Bessie J Ulmer. Also by his step-father, Dennis R. Simpson Sr.

Scott is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Faye Simpson, his sisters, Sandy Bowen and Candy Martin, four nieces and nephews, Chris Martin, Donavan Bowen, Nicole Martin, and Ahnika Herron, a niece-in-law, Alyssa Richards and a nephew-in-law, Cole Pratt. He is also survived by five great-grand nieces and nephews, Liam, Kaitlyn, Aubrey, Samira, and Wyatt and three very dear friends, Desmond Paul, Jennifer Westbury, and MJ Robinson. 

Memorial arrangements will be made and announced at a later date.
