Obituary of James S. Crow

James ‘Steve’ Crow of Columbia, S.C. passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2023.

Steve is survived by his brother, Richard ‘Ricky’ Crow. He was preceded in death by his parents, James I. Crow of Daytona Beach, FL and M. Janet Mangum of Columbia, SC and a sister, Brenda S. Todd of Elgin, SC.

Steve was retired from the State of South Carolina after working many years with the Department of Social Services. Steve was a kind and gentle soul who always had a passion in keeping up with current events and news. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
