Obituary of Dorinda Stephens

Dorinda was born in Fort Defiance, Arizona and was the daughter of the late Donald K. Spires, Sr. and Eleanora Shirley Spires. Dorinda graduated Eau Claire High School in 1973 and later created Eau Claire find friends facebook page. She loved spending time with family and friends, tending to her pets and flowers, reading, and watching college football. Her smile was contagious to everyone in her presence. She loved spending time with the Eau Claire family at Wing’s and Ale, taking pictures and talking to every one. Dorinda is survived by her husband of 41 years, Will Stephens of Pelion, daughter Sara Adkins(Dwayne); brother, Donnie Spires(Laura); grandson, Trip Adkins; two nephews, Keith Spires(Devon), and Tyler Spires, and four great nephews; niece Lauren Cale(Justin), and one great niece. She is preceded by her son, Daniel Stephens, of Pelion. A memorial service for Dorinda, will be held at Forgiven Baptist Church in South Congaree this Friday, June 8th at 7:00pm.
