Obituary of Shirley E. Harley

Shirley E. Harley, 67, of Orangeburg, South Carolina, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023, after a brief illness. Shirley was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Shirley was the daughter of the late William Daniel Edwards and the late Frances Beulah McCoy. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Mike R. Harley and her brother Paul Edwards. She is survived by her three children Jessie R. Harley, Deborah Heyward, and Charlene Harley, and a very special granddaughter Jasmine Harley. Shirley has eight grandchildren, Kenneth Peele, Douglas Peele, Yancy “Emma” Heyward Jr., Robert Harley, Destiny Mitchum, Courtney Harley, Richard Harley, and one great-grandson Tanner Peele. Shirley is also survived by one sister Sharon Edwards, three brothers Robert Edwards, Douglas Edwards, and Andy Edwards, and a very special sister-in-law Ruby Edwards.

Celebration of Life will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church, 6822 North Road, North, SC 29112.
