Obituary of Lynda B. Black

Lynda B. Black of Ninety Six, SC was born February 24, 1944 in Greenville, SC and entered into her heavenly home on March 28, 2024. 

She was blessed with many roles including loving wife, mother, Nanny, sister, aunt and friend.

Surviving her death are her husband of the home - Joseph M Black, sister - Elaine (Stanley) Newton, Children: Sheila (Jerry) Eidson, Jeffrey (Cindy) Matthews, Kristina (Michael) Nanna, Eddie (Meshael) Black; Grandchildren: Chelsea (Brandon) Heinz, Alexis Nanna, Leah Boswell, Evelyn (Drake) Little, Jarrod (Ansley) Eidson, Jacob Matthews, Brooke Nanna, Faith Nanna, Kristopher Michael Nanna, Brooklyn Pleis; Step grandchildren: Will (Taya) Vereen and children Zayden, Paizle and Millie. 

She was fortunate enough to have several great-grandchildren whom she loved very much including Braxton Heinz, Colt Boswell, Carter Boswell, Elijah Boswell, and Magnolia (Nolie) Little. She also loved her furbaby (Scooter) just as she loved her kids and grandkids. 

She was predeceased by her mother - Dorothy Johnson, brother - Maxie Briley, and granddaughter - Brianna Martin.

She was loved by many and left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Her legacy will be carried on for generations by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
