Obituary of Suzanne L. Learned

Suzanne L. Learned of Camden, SC passed away peacefully on September 11, 2021 at Lexington Medical Center, with her son and daughter by her side. She was born August 15, 1960 to Bernard and Margaret “Peggy” Schillio in Wilmington MA.

Growing up in Massachusetts, she then married and moved to Vermont where she lovingly raised her family. She worked for a long time running a popular horse park in Jeffersonville VT. She eventually moved south and continued her love for and work with animals. She worked at a local animal rescue and spent her free time working in her yard, gardening and always finding a way to enjoy the outdoors. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach and visiting friends and family. She dedicated her life to Jehovah, being a lifelong Jehovah’s Witness.

She was preceded in death by her mother Margaret L. D'Entremont and her sister Yvonne. Suzanne is survived by her father Bernard Schillio and his wife Loretta, her son Seth and wife Lindsay, their children Camdyn and Ryder of Campton NH, her daughter Kyle and husband Brian, their children Isaac, Isaiah, Kasaya and Bryleigh, of Inverness FL, her brother Steven and his wife Marsha of Weatherford TX, her sister Lisa Nelson and husband Gary of Wilmington MA, her beloved friend Karen Odom of Camden SC, her two very spoiled pups Honey and Minute. And many more nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

A Memorial service will be decided and announced to family and friends at a later date.
