Obituary of John Edwin Brewer

John Edwin Brewer (Ed), 58, of Cayce, South Carolina, succumbed to cancer in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family, on June 16th, 2021.

Ed is survived by his wife, Rhonda, of 40 years, daughter, Auburn Dahlgren, brothers, Herb and Randy Brewer, his grandchildren, Gavin and Everleigh Dahlgren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Ed was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone. Ed loved his family and was especially proud of them. As a teenager, he knew what he wanted to do & achieved his goal, becoming a new car hauler with Allied Systems/ The Motor Convoy, which was his career job. He loved music, cars, (old, new, fast & even “land yachts”), flying ultralight/experimental aircraft, and working on his tractor, constantly improving their lifelong home and property. He loved to fish in his pond that he took great pride in. His big smile and gentle, very easygoing way, made him our beloved Ed, Daddy & PaPa.
