Obituary of Donald Edward Spotts, Jr.

Donald Edward Spotts Jr., 60, of Columbia, SC, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 19, 2020. He was born on October 3, 1960, in Columbia, SC. He was the second of four children, preceded in death by his Father, Donald Edward Spotts Sr. and sister, Debbie Lorraine Spotts Pittman.

He graduated from Dreher High School in 1978. He lived all of his life in South Carolina where he worked at Food Lion and BI-LO grocery stores for many years. He was an avid South Carolina Gamecock and NASCAR fan.

He is survived by his Mother, Nancy Pauline Corder Spotts and Sisters; Dorothy Spotts Duncan & Linda Spotts Runge.

Donnie will forever be remembered by his family as a loving Son, Brother and Uncle. He leaves behind many friends that loved him dearly and will miss him so much. Everyone will always have a huge hole in their heart for Donnie and life will never be the same without him. We will all miss you Donnie.

Donnie’s final arrangements were entrusted with the South Carolina Cremation Society. A small intimate service was held at the Spotts family residence on December 25, 2020.
