Obituary of Roberta Elliott

Roberta Elliott, age 83, of Lexington, SC, passed away Sunday November 1, 2020 at Lexington Extended Care surrounded by family. Born March 20, 1937, in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Milton Elliott and Eva (Haskins) Brody; former husband Leo (Papa) Berard, grandson Ryan (RooRye) Lamb, sister of the late Milton (Buddy) Elliott, Lewis (Bucky) Elliott, Arthur Elliott, George Elliott, Robert Elliott, Shirley (Elliott) Colvin, Joan (Elliott) Zampini, Anna (Elliott) Comeau.

Roberta was a loving mom, nana, sister and had the most infectious smile that lit a room when she entered. She was sassy, outspoken but would give you the shirt off her back. She was known as Nana by all because of the love she shared with everyone and made life exciting and fun. The one thing that she was known for was giving us all nicknames and she sure loved her banana splits!

She is survived by three children; Ronald (Little Rebel) Lamb of GA, Denise (Munchkin) Berard of SC and Lisa (LeeLee) Looney of SC; 6 grandchildren, Laura (Loo Law, Loo) Lamb, Jessica (Little Clown) Scraggs, Melissa (MoMo) Berard, Brianna (BriBri) Benevides, Kacey (Sweet Pea) Looney, Bryson (My Little Weasel) Looney; 4 great-grandchildren, Madison (Bratty Madie) Castaldi, Emma (Little Em) Scraggs, Mason (Masy Moo) Castaldi, and Abby (Bratty Abby) Scraggs.

A private service will be held for immediate family. Following the service, friends and family are invited to celebrate the life of Roberta (Becky, Rebecca) at the home of Lisa Looney and Denise Berard, November 7, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., 279 Avensong Drive, Lexington, SC 29072.
