Obituary of Nancy Pauline Spotts

Nancy Pauline Spotts, 82, of Columbia, SC, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 19, 2022. She was born on February 26, 1940, in Columbia, SC.

Mrs. Spotts loved her Pine Bluff Baptist Church family. She was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed being surrounded by family, taking trips to the mountains, beach, reading, sitting outside and her flowers.

She is preceded in death by her parents John and Esther Corder, her loving husband, Donald Edward Spotts Sr., Son, Donald Edward Spotts, Jr., and Daughter, Debbie Lorraine Spotts Pittman.

She is survived by her two daughters; Dorothy Spotts Duncan and Linda Spotts Runge, her son-in-law, Thomas Gordon Runge, son-in-love, George Henry Gagne, six grandchildren; Michael John Pittman, Jr, Parker Alexandra Runge Dunn (Aaron Dunn), Baker Kendall Runge, Jonathan Edward Duncan, Patrick Thomas Duncan, and Reed Alexander Runge. Three great grandchildren; Keegan Jensen, Coen Jensen, and Monroe Jensen. Her brother, Wilbur Corder, sister-n-law, Jane Corder, her two sisters, Jeannette Croft and Doris Rauch.

Nancy will forever be remembered by her family as a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister. She leaves behind many friends that loved her dearly and will miss her so much. Everyone will always have a huge hole in their heart for Nancy and life will never be the same without her. We will all miss you, Mom.

Services will be held on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Pine Bluff Baptist Church, 1025 Pineview Drive, Columbia, SC 29209. Visitation will be held at the church from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM with services immediately following.
