Obituary of Alfred Wayne Mount

Alfred Wayne Mount, 76, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away on March 17, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born to parents Wilbur Mount, Sr. and Vera B. Mount in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on January 11, 1956. Wayne graduated from Brooklyn-Cayce High School in 1963. He opened Mount’s Mobile Service in the 1980’s and helped many in the community throughout the years. Wayne was known for his sense of humor and love of motorcycles. Wayne married Dean Martin in 1966, who survives him. Wayne is also survived by sons Jody Mount and Scott Mount and by daughter Tracy de Tiège as well as five grandchildren. Wayne is also survived by his brother John W. Mount and his sister Joanne M. Geiger. He is pre-deceased by his parents, his brother Wilbur E. Mount, Jr. and his one grandchild.
