Obituary for Jimmie Mitchell Disher

Jimmie Mitchell Disher, 82, of Columbia, South Carolina passed away November 3, 2019 following a long illness.  He was born on May 14, 1937 in Florence, South Carolina to the late Monroe and Jane (Norton ) Disher.  Jimmie was an entrepreneur of many talents.  He owned three air conditioning and heating companies, a real estate company, a grocery store and even a comic book store.

Jimmie is survived by a brother, Louis Disher, Three children, Coleen Palmer, Jimmie Disher Jr and Cathy West, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  He also leaves behind an ex-wife Liz (Disher) Richardson & his beloved dog Toby
