Obituary for Everett Paul McIe
Everett Paul McIe, 76 of Swansea SC passed away on October 8, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born on June 21, 1943 in Morgantown WV, to the late Charles and Lela McIe. He was a 1961 graduate of University High School, in Morgantown WV. Paul joined the United States Army serving his country proudly. His military service completed, he started his own construction company. Paul became an active Jehovah Witness in 1965, and was still serving Jehovah at the time of his passing.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Alice Louise McIe, children; Shelley Kalbaugh and her husband James Kalbaugh, Erick McIe and his wife Mary McIe, Joyce Crosby, and her boyfriend, David “Bryan” Butler and Jeffrey McIe and his girlfriend Karrie Hensley. He also leaves behind a brother William McIe, eleven grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, brothers: Doland and Jack McIe, sisiters: Madelind and Joyce McIe, Thelma Fisher, Bonnie Stiles, Helen Karnes and his nephews, Butch Stiles, Scott Lucas and James Karnes.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, of Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 2:00PM on Highway 321 in Gaston, SC.
Flowers and Gifts may be sent to the Kingdom Hall or to the home of the family, 770 North Brecon Ave, Swansea, SC.
