Obituary of Brenda Mostowy-Pillow

Brenda Mostowy-Pillow (Derrick) 

Brenda, (Booter) was born July 12, 1952 in Columbia, S.C. She was the daughter of Mildred and Murdock Derrick. She fell asleep in death on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at her home in Hopkins, S.C. 

She was educated in the public schools of Richland County. She worked many years in retail and physical fitness prior to her retirement. She loved to dance and enjoyed gardening. 

Brenda was preceded in death by both parents, her oldest sister and her first husband. 

Precious memories of Brenda will be cherished by her surviving husband, James "Ed" Pillow, two daughters, Adrieanne Reed and Katrina Williams, eight grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, four sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives, all of whom will miss her dearly. 

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm.  Saturday, August 6, 2022 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 1020 Rabbit Run. Hopkins, S.C.  After the service, the family will receive guests until 7:00 pm at her residence.
