Obituary of Homer Vestor Moree

Homer Vester Moree, 74, passed away peacefully on May 27th, 2018 with his family by his side. Born in Chesterfield County, SC, Homer is the son of the late Vester Moree and Estoria Adams Moree. He was a laborer who worked in textiles. Homer is survived by his loving wife Alice Fay Williams-Moree of Heath Springs, SC, his daughters, Rebecca Knight and Harry Adams of Jefferson, SC, Denise Williams Lloyd of Heath Springs, SC and Annette Hammond and Scott Hammond of Mt. Croghen, SC, one son, Donny Williams and Louette of Elgin, SC, one sister, Wanda Moree Platts of Myrtle Beach, SC and one brother, Sanford Moree and Sheila of Pageland, SC and sister-in-law, Nell Moree of Monroe, NC. A celebration of Homer's life will be at Heartland Freewill Baptist Church on Saturday, June 9th, 2018 at 2pm. Friends may visit with the family in the Fellowship Hall from 3-4PM.
